Do you offer local pickup?

We allow local pickups for customers at our  San Luis Obispo, CA location at 1330 Monterey Street between Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

(W e are not able to arrange for local pickups before 3:00 PM.)

The best way to arrange for a local pickup is to:

    Place an order on our  website during business hours ( 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific; Monday through Friday).
    Select the cheapest shipping method and type " DO NOT SHIP" in either the Company or Address Line 2 fields of the shipping address.

    Immediately check your email for the iFixit Order Confirmation. In that email, you’ll see a link to  Request A Change to your order. Click that, select your order from your Order History, and then in the text field regarding what changes you’d like to make, simply write “ Local Pickup.”

    Call us at (805) 464-0573 immediately after placing the order to provide us with your order number.
    The shipping cost will be refunded after the package is picked up just in case you're unable to pick it up for whatever reason and end up needing it to be mailed out instead.
Please Note: If you place the order after our shipping cutoff time ( Noon Pacific), the package may also take an extra day of processing.

Please bring photo identification with you when you pick up your package to ensure the pickup goes smoothly. Please ring the doorbell or give us a call once you're out front and we'll happily unite you with your package.

If the package is not picked up within 7 days, the package will be mailed out using the shipping method originally selected to avoid further delay.
