My tracking says the package is returning to sender
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund for the item(s), and a coupon for the shipping charges.
Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing time, so if you would like to expedite redelivery, you may place a new order. Contact us and we'll issue a refund for the shipping cost of the returning package instead of issuing a coupon once it comes back to us.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact us.
Incorrect Address Change
If the incorrect shipping address was provided, we may be able to change it depending on your chosen shipping method. Additional charges may apply.
If you chose Guaranteed, Express, Expedited AM, or FedEx International Priority as your preferred shipping method, we are happy to try and correct minor errors in your address (i.e. a missing apartment number or changing a couple digits in the postal code). Major address changes like shipping to a completely different street address, city, state, or country may be possible but are subject to an additional processing fee.

We are not able to modify addresses for orders shipped with Standard, USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Express International.
