For security reasons, we do not accept orders over the phone. If you are needing to place an order with us, please use the built-in checkout feature on our website.

We're here to help if you need assistance with your iFixit.com order! Our Support team addresses non-wholesale account related shipping issues, return requests and warranty replacements.

Our normal phone support hours are  Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, but leave us a voicemail and we'll respond as soon as we can. If you contact us on Saturday or Sunday, we'll do our best to get back to you on Monday. It's best if you email us over the weekend, but you can also call and leave a voicemail. Please note that we do not take orders over the phone.
