Samsung Galaxy Note - Doesn't Power On
The screen does not respond when you hold down the power button.
Plug in the phone to make sure your battery is fully charged. Then try turning it on again.
If the phone is plugged in and doesn't charge, you should try a different charger. Make sure you are using a Micro USB phone charger.
If the battery won't hold charge, it could be faulty. Check if the battery has dust or a bad connection. Try cleaning the battery and the reservoir with a silk cloth and/or an aerosol can. If you are still having problems, you can always replace the battery.
USB Port Problems
Try cleaning the USB port. If this doesn't work and the phone doesn't charge, then replace the Micro USB port.
