How do I modify my order?

After you place an order you have limited time to request an order modification.  Here are the details:

  • Any requests to change or cancel your order should be made within 30 minutes of order submission. 
  • After 30 minutes your order may not be eligible for modification.  
  • If an order is eligible for modification, a Request Change link will be visible in your Order History. It should resemble the following:   

Please note: Clicking the Request Change link will put your order on hold until we hear from you.  You will need to  contact us after your order is on hold with details regarding how you would like to modify your order.
To edit your default shipping address, select My Account in the dropdown menu under your username, then select Shipping & Billing. Updates will take effect for future orders, but will not affect  orders already placed.
