How do I modify my order?
- Go to your Order History.
- Click on the Request Change link next to your order.
- Tell us specifically what you would like to change on your order.
- Submit your request and keep an eye on your email inbox in the meantime. We will contact you to confirm the changes before processing the order, or ask for additional information if necessary.
We do not currently allow modifications to orders if you checked out as a guest. Instead, we strongly recommend that you cancel your order and place a new order with the changes you desire. To cancel your order, please follow these steps: How do I cancel my order?
