Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

Once an order is placed on iFixit.com, there is no guarantee that requested modifications can be made before the order ships. Our shippers are extremely efficient at shipping packages, and we recommend verifying all of your information before clicking ' Place Order'.  Mistakes do happen, and when they do, we recommend putting the order on hold by clicking 'Request Changes' immediately here. If you do not see the option to modify your order, it is likely already in the shipping process.

Please contact us for any corrections that need to be made. There may be a fee associated with any corrections, and in order to take care of this in a timely manner, we may inform you of any charges after they have taken place. We ask that you confirm that you agree with any charges in order to expedite the request from the shipping carrier when contacting us.

Please note: We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund for the product and a coupon for the shipping charges.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact us.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing time, so if you would like to expedite redelivery, you may place a new order. Contact us and we'll issue a refund for the shipping cost instead of issuing a coupon.

Rejecting Receipt

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without iFixit's consent and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee ($5 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund amount. See our return policy by clicking on the link below.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, packages are not delivered in an estimated timeframe and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). Once this happens, the package is considered "missing."

If a package falls in to this category, iFixit reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only available for original orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.

Refunds can only be issued for original orders that are returned to us as unneeded or defective. Replacements are only available when a valid shipping address was provided for the order. Replacements cannot be returned for a refund. 

Please note: It is recommended that you file a claim with the carrier as they will be able to help you find the missing package better than we will.
