Insufficient Order Details

If you may not have sufficient order information at the ready, or if you may have received an item as a gift or from a reseller of ours, then here are some alternative ways to assist us with locating your order when contacting us:

• The last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used.
• The Transaction ID if you paid via PayPal.
• The phone number on the account.
• The address that the package was shipped to.
• The name on the Billing Address.

If you purchased it elsewhere, please provide us with a copy of the invoice when you contact us.

For locating the Amazon order number, you can see a detailed Order Summary of all your orders placed with Amazon.com, including older orders, by visiting the 'Your Account' page: http://www.amazon.com/your-account. Click on 'Your Orders' button and it will take you to your order history. To see older orders, select the time window you want from the 'Show' menu in the upper-left. Just be sure you log into the appropriate Amazon.com account when prompted.
